«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
realtribune.ru-ն «Արցախի ՊԲ դիրքերի վրա հարձակումը անօդաչու թռչող սարքերով թուրքական «սև նշանն» է՝ ուղղված Կրեմլին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 14-ին ադրբեջանական զինուժը անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր է կիրառել Արցախի հայկական դիրքերի դեմ: Այդ մասին «Նովոստի-Արմենիա» գործակալությանը հայտնել է ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Լուսինե Ավանեսյանը: Ագրեսիայի հետևանքով վիրավորվել է վեց զինծառայող: Ի՞նչ է թաքնված Բաքվի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների հետևում: IA Realist- ի գլխավոր խմբագիր Սարգիս Ծատուրյանն է պատասխանել այդ հարցին. «Օդից են միտումնավոր հարվածել, որպեսզի ուղարկեն միանշանակ ազդանշան՝ «սև նշան»։
Ինչո՞ւ է դա տեղի ունենում: Որովհետև Կրեմլն ունի մի յուրահատկություն, այն է՝ կիսատպռատ որոշումներ կայացնելը և ոչինչ մինչև վերջ չանելը: Սիրիա, Դոնբաս, Արցախ ... ամենուր կիսատ ու չմտածված որոշումներ են։ Սկզբում նրանք օգնեցին թուրքերին՝ ամրապնդվել Արցախում, բայց հետո ստիպված կանգ առան, որպեսզի ամբողջությամբ չխզեն կապերը ԱՄՆ -ի, Ֆրանսիայի և Իրանի հետ: Սկզբում նրանք օգնեցին թուրքերին՝ ամրապնդվել Իդլիբում և M4 մայրուղում, սակայն այժմ Վաշինգտոնի և Թեհրանի ճնշման ներքո սկսել են գրոհել Սիրիայում թուրքամետ ահաբեկիչների դիրքերը: Արդյունքում կորցրին վստահությունն ու հեղինակությունը այնտեղ, որտեղ կարող էին և որտեղ չէին կարող:
Եվ դրանից տուժում են ոչ միայն իրենք՝ Արցախում գտնվող ռուս զինծառայողները, որոնք դարձել են թուրքերի ու Բաքվի մինիսուլթանության մարդկային թիրախները, այլ նաև հենց հայերը: Ինչո՞ւ շոշափել մի խնդիր, որի լուծման համար Կրեմլը ո՛չ կամք ունի, ո՛չ ռեսուրսներ: Ամեն չարիքի արմատը իրավիճակը ճիշտ գնահատելու, գոնե 3-4 քայլ առաջ հաշվարկելու անկարողությունն ու չցանկանալն է: Կայացվում են այնպիսի իրավիճակային ու պատեհապաշտ որոշումներ, որոնց համար Կրեմլը և Հայաստանի նրա կամակատարները պատրաստ չեն պատասխանատվություն կրել»:
