ԱԱԾ-ն ձերբակալել է ՊԵԿ 4 պաշտոնատար անձի և նրանց կաշառք տված ևս 3 անձի
VIDEOՀՀ ԱԱԾ Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության աշխատակիցները հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի համատեքստում իրականացրած տարաբնույթ և տակտիկապես համակարգված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության բաժնի պետը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն բաժնի 2 օպերլիազորների հետ, միավորելով իրենց ջանքերը, ի պաշտոնե լիազորված լինելով իրականացնել հարկային վարչարարություն և ապահովել հարկային պարտավորությունների կատարումը, Երևան քաղաքում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ընկերության հիմնադրի և փոխտնօրենի օգտին իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակում ակնհայտ ապօրինի անգործության՝ հարկային օրենսդրության ոլորտում թույլ տրված խախտումները մասամբ չարձանագրելու, ինչպես նաև ծառայության գծով հովանավորչության կամ թողտվության համար պահանջել և նախապես ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 16-ին Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող սրճարաններից մեկում անձամբ ստացել են խոշոր չափերով՝ 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, որից անմիջապես հետո ինչպես պաշտոնատար անձինք, այնպես էլ կաշառք տվողը բռնվել և բերման են ենթարկվել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն: Կատարված անձնական խուզարկությամբ օպերլիազորներից մեկի մոտից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է կաշառքի ամբողջ գումարը ծրարի մեջ դրված վիճակում:
Բացի դրանից, ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է նաև, որ նշված օպերլիազորներից մեկը 2021 թվականի մարտից սեպտեմբեր ամիսներն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող 5 անձանցից պահանջել և ստացել է տարբեր չափերի կաշառքներ, ինչպես նաև նախնական համաձայնության գալով իր բաժնի մեկ այլ օպերլիազորի հետ, 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ին տնտեսվարողներից մեկի ներկայացուցչից ստացել են խոշոր չափերով՝ 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:
Կաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են ՊԵԿ 4 պաշտոնատար անձինք, նրանց կաշառք տված անձանցից 3-ը, որոնց՝ նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով: Նույն օրը նրանց նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան:
Կոռուպցիոն սխեմայի հնարավոր բոլոր դրվագները, դրանցում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու և յուրաքանչյուր արարքին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ քննչական իրադրությունից բխող անհրաժեշտ դատավարական գործողություններն ու օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շարունակվում են:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հորդորում է տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին՝ իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալել բացառապես օրինական դաշտում, ձեռնպահ մնալ պետության տնտեսական հիմքերի կայունությանը սպառնացող կոռուպցիոն տարաբնույթ դրսևորումների մեջ ներգրավվելուց և զգուշացնում, որ այդպիսիք արժանանալու են կոշտ հակազդեցության:
