FT. Չինաստանում արդյունաբերական զբաղվածությունն ամենացածրն է 2000-ից ի վեր

2015-ի III եռամսյակի ավարտին Չինաստանում արդյունաբերական զբաղվածությունն իջել է  2000-ից ի վեր ամենացածր մակարդակի, տեղեկացնում է Financial Times-ը:

Ամենից ավելի աշխատողների պակաս է արձանագրել ծանր արդյունաբերությունը.  երկաթի արդյունաբերության մեջ` 12 տոկոս, պողպատի` 6 տոկոս, ածխի` 7 տոկոս: Այլ ոլորտներում անկումն ավելի փոքր է եղել, սակայն ընդհանուր պատկերն ուրախացնող չէ.   արդյունաբերության 41 ոլորտից միայն 7-ում է աշխատողների թիվն ավելացել: 

Չինաստանում անկում է ապրում նաեւ աշխատունակ բնակչության ընդհանուր թիվը,   2014-ին այն նվազել է 0,1 տոկոսով: Իսկ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքում Համաշխարհային բանկը 10 տոկոսի կրճատում է սպասում, իհարկե` 2040 թվից ոչ շուտ:

Ավելին, արդյունաբերության մեջ զբաղվածության պակասը չի ծածկվում ծառայությունների ոլորտում ազատ աշխատատեղերով: Չինաստանում տնտեսական ակտիվության ինդեքսը  (PMI) ոչ արդյունաբերական ոլորտներում 2014-ի կեսից ի վեր բացասական դինամիկա է դրսեւորում: 

Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ Պեկինը հայտարարել էր, որ այլեւս չի պահի այսպես կոչված  «զոմբիներին»` գերհագեցած ոլորտներում վնասով աշխատող ձեռնարկությունները:   Սակայն եթե նման ընկերությունները սկսեն փակվել, աշխատողների թիվն ավելի կկրճատվի: 

Կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում, համարում է թերթը, Պեկինը կնախընտրի վերակազմավորել նման ձեռնարկությունները եւ բարձրացնել դրանց արդյունավետությունը  (այսինքն` հումքի վերամշակման խորությունը), ոչ թե փակել դրանք:
