Ողբերգական ավտովթար՝ Արագածոտնում. կա 5 զոհ, 12 վիրավոր
SOCIETYՀոկտեմբերի 20-ին, ժամը 07:04-ին Արագածոտնի մարզային ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կաքավաձոր գյուղի խաչմերուկում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ․ կան տուժածներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԻՆ-ից։
Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ։
Պարզվել է, որ Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 50-րդ կմ-ին «GAZel» մակնիշի մարդատար ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և կողաշրջվել:
Ըստ նախնական տվյալների կան զոհեր և տուժածներ։
Shamshyan.com-ն էլ հայտնում է, որ ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 07։00-ի սահմաններում մարդատար «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 50-րդ կմ հատվածում դեպի Երևան ընթանալիս դուրս է եկել ճանպարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել քարերին ու Հյուսիս-հարավ նոր կառուցվող ճանապարհին տեղադրված բետոնե արգելապատնեշներին, մի քանի պտույտ գլորվել և հայտնվել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց դուրս։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 5 հոգի տեղում մահացել են, 12 հոգի տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Թալինի և Աշտարակի բժշկական կենտրոններ։
Մահացածները հայտնաբերվել են ավտոմեքենայից դուրս, տարբեր տեղերում։ Վիրավորներից մի քանիսին փրկարարներն են քաղաքացիների և բժիշկների օգնությամբ մոտեցրել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային։
Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 և ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով։
Ոստիկանութունը պարզում է վարորդի, մահացածների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ նշված հատվածում հաճախակի են լինում ավտովթարներ, այդ թվում՝ ողբերգական։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
