SOCIETYՄեր նախնական հաշվարկներով 200 դրամ է ստացվում բոլոր սպառողների համար՝ բացառությամբ սոցիալապես անապահովների։ Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի (ՀԾԿՀ) նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյաննը՝ անդրադառնալով ջրի սակագնի վերանայմանը։ Նա նշեց, որ Ջրային պետական կոմիտեի և «Վեոլիա» ընկերության հետ քննարկում են երկարաժամկետ գնային քաղաքականություն ունենալու հնարավորությունը։
«Բարձրացման հայտը եղել է 43 դրամ գործող 180-ի նկատմամբ։ Բայց ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ 2016 թվականի մրցույթով հաղթած բազիսային գինը 2022 թվականի համար արդեն 214 դրամ էր։ Մենք հիմա վերցնում ենք 214 դրամը և վրան ավելացնում այդ ճշգրտման գործակիցները», - ասաց նա և նշեց, որ բարձրացումը լինելու է հունվարի 1-ից։
«Դա նշանակում է նաև, որ վարձակալության պայմանագրով նախատեսված հաջորդ տարվա բարձրացումը նույնպես չի լինի, բայց վերջին չորս տարվա նվազեցումները ևս չեն լինի, այսինքն՝ տասը տարվա համար կայուն մոտ 200 դրամ»,–ասաց նա։
Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը, անդրադառնալով ջրի կորուստներին, հայտնեց, որ 80 տոկոս կորուստներից մի քիչ նվազել է։ Նա նշեց, որ կորուստներ ունեն օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ, կան գողություններ, տեխնոլոգիաների կորուստներ։
Ինչ վերաբերում է գազի գնի վերանայմանը, ապա ՀԾԿՀ նախագահն ասաց, որ, այս պահին չի կարող որևէ ձևով պնդել գնի փոփոխության մասին որևէ բան, քանի որ այս պահին սահմանին գազի գնի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններն ընթանում են։ «Ընդ որում, դրանք համալիր բանակցություններ են, ներառում են նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» ամբողջ կառավարվող գույքի վերաբերյալ ծառայությունները։ Այս պահին քննարկումները դեռևս ավարտված չեն, դրանք կավարտվեն, երբ կստորագրվի միջկառավարական համաձայնագիրը»,–ասաց նա։
Ամեն դեպքում նա հայտնեց, որ առայժմ հայտեր չկան սակագնի բարձրացման։ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ էներգետիկայում վերանայումները սկսում են ամեն տարի, ներքին բոլոր գները վերանայվում են, և այդ գործընթացը սկսվել է, և անկախ նրանից, թե 2022 թվականին էլեկտրաարտադրության ինչ հաշվեկշիռ կունենանք, կարող ենք հասկանալ՝ ինչ խնդիրներ ունենք էներգահամակարգում։
