Գյումրիում տղան փորձել է խեղդամահ անել մորը, մկրատով հարվածել քրոջը
SOCIETY2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 16:08-ին, Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչուհին ահազանգել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին և հայտնել, որ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող անձը սպանել կամ սպանում է իր մայրիկին:
Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16:54-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնում Գյումրու ՇԲՕ կայանից ստացված ահազանգի համաձայն՝ «հիպերտոնիկ կրիզ» ախտորոշմամբ Գյումրի քաղաքի Շերամ թաղամասում գտնվող շենքերից մեկի բնակարանում իրենց կողմից բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերվել նույն բնակարանի 75-ամյա բնակչուհուն, ով հայտնել է, որ իրեն ծեծել են։
Ահազանգերի հիման վրա ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 17-ին և 18-ին նշված բնակարանի 56-ամյա բնակիչը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, պարբերաբար հայհոյանքներ և սպանության սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցրել մոր՝ վերոնշյալ 75-ամյա կնոջ հասցեին, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, խոհանոցում վիճաբանելով մոր հետ և սպանության սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով՝ փորձել է խեղդամահ անել վերջինիս: Այնուհետև մորը քաշելով և հատակին գցելով՝ ձեռքից վերցրել է ձեռնափայտը և հարվածել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին: Տեսնելով, որ քույրը զանգահարում է ոստիկանություն՝ 56-ամյա տղամարդը հարձակվել քրոջ վրա, մկրատով հարվածներ հասցրել նրա դեմքի շրջանին, ապա սպանության սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով՝ դիմել է փախուստի։
56-ամյա տղամարդու անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող մկրատը:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 118-րդ հոդվածի, 137-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 137.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նույն օրը Գյումրի քաղաքի 56-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով:
2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 21-ին քրեական գործը ստացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն և ընդունվել վարույթ:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Իրականացվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
