ՀՀ վարչապետը հյուրընկալել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցչին
POLITICSՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինա Պիրիսին:
Վարչապետը շնորհավորել է պարոն Պիրիսին կարևոր պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնել, որ նրա այցը հնարավորություն կտա քննարկել Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը, գնահատել Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ գործընկերության հնարավորություններն ու խնդիրները:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում իրադրությունը գտնվում է բավականին լարված իրավիճակում և Հայաստանը ջանքեր է գործադրում այն լավագույնս կառավարելու համար: ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանում կան խնդիրներ, որոնք սպասում են իրենց լուծմանը:
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ կարգավորումը մեզ համար առաջնահերթություն է, կարևոր է նաև տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացումը»,- ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ այս ուղղություններով հնարավոր կլինի գրանցել արդյունքներ:
Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը քաղաքական առումով կարևորել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը և վերջինիս պատկերացումներին ծանոթանալը հետագա գործընկերության վերաբերյալ:
Խավիեր Կոլոմինա Պիրիսը նշել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն ևս կարևորում է Հայաստանի հետ շարունակական գործընկերությունը և իր այցի նպատակն է նաև հայ գործընկերների հետ քննարկել հետագա համագործակցությանն ուղղված հարցերն ու հնարավորությունները, գնահատել տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու հեռանկարները:
Պարոն Պիրիսը նշել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն բարձր է գնահատում Կոսովոյում հայ խաղաղապահների գործունեությունը, որոնք իրենց առաքելությունն իրականացնում են բարձր մակարդակով:
ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը հավելել է, որ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքը կարևորում է Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատումն ու ամրապնդումը և պատրաստ է տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ համագործակցությամբ նպաստել այդ խնդրի լուծմանը:
Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի համար կարևոր է միջազգային անվտանգության ապահովման գործում հայ խաղաղապահների մասնակցությունը և վստահություն հայտնել, որ նրանք լավագույնս կշարունակեն իրենց առաքելությունը: Վարչապետն անդրադարձել է նաև մեր տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին՝ ընդգծել, որ Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի ապահովման խնդիրն ուղիղ անդրադառնում է տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ այս առումով հնարավոր կլինի առաջիկայում հասնել լուծման:
