INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները ցուցաբերել են քաղաքական իմաստություն՝ դադարեցնելով արյունահեղությունը Ղարաբաղում։ Այս մասին հինգշաբթի օրը հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ «Վալդայ» միջազգային ակումբի նիստում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ։
Ըստ ռուս առաջնորդի` այսօր անհրաժեշտ է պայմաններ ստեղծել երկարաժամկետ կարգավորման համար: Դա հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե երկու երկրներն էլ գնահատեն խաղաղ գոյակցության առավելությունները:
