Գլոբալ տաքացումը կմեծացնի աշխարհաքաղաքական լարվածությունը. ԱՄՆ հետախուզություն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱֆղանստանը, Հնդկաստանը եւ Պակիստանը այն 11 երկրների թվում են, որոնք ԱՄՆ հետախուզական ծառայությունները ճանաչել են որպես «շատ խոցելի»` կլիմայի փոփոխությունից առաջացած էկոլոգիական եւ սոցիալական ճգնաժամերին պատրաստվելու եւ դրանց արձագանքելու ունակության առումով, գրել է Reuters-ը:
Ազգային հետախուզության տնօրենի գրասենյակը (ODNI) կանխատեսում է, որ գլոբալ տաքացումը կմեծացնի աշխարհաքաղաքական լարվածությունը եւ ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության ռիսկերը առաջիկա չորս տասնամյակների ընթացքում, ասել է հետախուզության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան:
Նման գնահատականները ԱՄՆ-ի հետախուզական համայնքի ընդհանուր գնահատականներն են: Զեկույցում Աֆղանստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Պակիստանը, Մյանմարը, Իրաքը, Հյուսիսային Կորեան, Գվատեմալան, Հայիթին, Հոնդուրասը, Նիկարագուան եւ Կոլումբիան նշվում են որպես «մտահոգություն առաջացնող երկրներ»:
Պաշտոնյայի խոսքով՝ հատկապես մեծ մտահոգություն է առաջացնում Աֆղանստանը շոգի, երաշտի, ջրի եւ անարդյունավետ կառավարության պատճառով: Ջրային տարածքների հետ կապված վեճերի պատճառով «աշխարհաքաղաքական թեժ կետեր» են նաեւ Հնդկաստանը եւ Հարավային Ասիան:
Զեկույցում նշվում է ԱՄՆ հետախուզական ծառայություններին անհանգստացնող եւս երկու շրջան: Կլիմայի փոփոխությունը «ամենայն հավանականությամբ կբարձրացնի անկայունության վտանգը Կենտրոնական Աֆրիկայում եւ Խաղաղ օվկիանոսի փոքր կղզային պետություններում, որոնք միասին ձեւավորում են աշխարհի երկու ամենախոցելի շրջանները»:
Զեկույցում նշվում են կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարի գլոբալ մոտեցումների տարբերությունները եւ նշվում է, որ երկրները, որոնք հենվում են հանածո վառելիքի արտահանման վրա` իրենց տնտեսություններին աջակցելու համար, «կշարունակեն դիմադրել անցմանը ածխածնի զրոյական արտանետումներով աշխարհին, քանի որ կզգուշանան դրա հետ կապված տնտեսական, քաղաքական եւ աշխարհաքաղաքական ծախսերից:»:
Նշվում է նաեւ Արկտիկայի համար ռազմավարական մրցակցության ավելացման հավանականությունը: Արկտիկական եւ ոչ արկտիկական երկրները «գրեթե անկասկած կբարձրացնեն իրենց մրցունակությունը, քանի որ տարածաշրջանը դառնում է ավելի հասանելի՝ ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացման եւ սառցածածկերի կրճատման պատճառով»:
Նա կանխատեսում է, որ Արկտիկայում միջազգային մրցակցությունը «կլինի մեծապես տնտեսական, սակայն սխալ հաշվարկների ռիսկը փոքր-ինչ կաճի մինչեւ 2040 թվականը, քանի որ մեծանում է առեւտրային եւ ռազմական ակտիվությունը, իսկ հնարավորությունները դառնում են ավելի վիճելի»:
