Ձկնագողերը «նոր Հայաստանում» ճանապարհ են փակում

Հայաստանում ստեղծված անիշխանության մթնոլորտը, իշխանությունների ապիկարությունը քրեական արարքների մեջ թափախված շատերին է հույս տվել, թե կարող են անպատիժ կերպով հակաօրինական գործողություններ իրականացնել։
Հայաստանի շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը՝ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, վերջին շրջանում սկսել է լուրջ պայքար մղել ձկնագողության դեմ, ապօրինություններ կատարողներին պատժել, ընդհուպ քրեական հանցագործությունների մասին հաղորդումներ ներկայացնել իրավապահ մարմիններին։ Պատկան մարմինների այս փոքրիշատե հետևողական գործունեությունը, բնականաբար, արժանանում է ձկնագողերի դժգոհությանը, որոնք ճանապարհ են փակում՝ պահանջելով իրենց թույլ տալ շարունակել Սևանա լճի հարստահարումը։
Երեկ մի խումբ անձինք էին փակել Երևան-Սևան մայրուղին, բողոքելով ձկնորսության արգելքի դեմ։ Ցուցարարները, ակնհայտ լպիրշությամբ պահանջում էին, որ իշխանությունները հեռանան լճից, թույլ տան, որ իրենք գումար վաստակեն։
«Այո, մենք ընտրել ենք այս իշխանություններին, բայց չենք ընտրել, որ հելնեն նստեն գլխներիս»,- լրագրողներին հայտնել են ցուցարարները։
Վերջիններս նաև հրմշտոց են սարքել, հայհոյանքներ տվել իրենց հետ հանդիպելու ժամանած Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետին, խոստացել հետայսու ևս փակել ճանապարհները, եթե իրենց չթույլատրվի անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ ձուկ որսալ Սևանա լճից։
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ճանապարհ փակողները հիմնականում ուղորդվում են 2020թթ․ ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից բացահայտված անձանց կողմից, ովքեր ուզում են,որ Սևանա լճից սիգ ձկնատեսակի արդյունագործական որսը իրականացվի ոչ թե սիգի ձկան որսված կգ դիմաց բնավճար վճարելով, այլ նավակի համար գումար տալով անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ ձուկ որսան։
ԱԱԾ-ն դեռ անցած տարի էր բացահայտել, որ մի խումբ անձինք 12,2 տոննա սիգ տեսակի ձուկ են որսացել, տեղափոխել Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող սառնարաններ։ Քննչական գործողությունների ընթացքում Կոտայքի և Գեղարքունիքի սառնարանային տնտեսություններից հայտնաբերել էին 127 տոննա սիգ տեսակի ձուկ։ Ձերբակալվածներին ազատ էին արձակել ստորագրության դիմաց, և այսօր էլ նրանք շարունակում են իրենց ապօրինի գործունեությունը։ ԱԱԾ-ն, ի դեպ, սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ չէր արել այս բացահայտումները, շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություններն է տեղեկությունները փոխանցել իրավապահներին։ Սևանա լճի հարստահարումը, ձկնային պաշարների յուրացումը հանցագործություն է, որի դեմ պետք է պայքարել ամենայն խստությամբ։
