Նաիրիտի խնդրի լուծումը՝ տարվա առանցքային ձեռքբերումներից

Տարին մոտենում է ավարտին և այս ժամանակահատվածում սովորաբար ամփոփում են տարին՝ հիշատակում են տարվա տնտեսական ձեռքբերումները, բացթողումները, անդրադառնում են քաղաքական անցուդարձին: Ես կցանկանայի անդրադառնալ Նաիրիտի խնդրի լուծմանը, քանի որ գործարանի աշխատակիցները երկար տարիներ չէին ստանում իրենց հասանելիք աշխատավարձերը և այս տարի գոյացած պարտքերը վերջնականապես մարվեցին:
Հանուն արդարության պետք է նշենք, որ շուրջ 8 ամիս տևած պայքարից հետո խնդիրն ունեցավ բավականին հաջող հանգուցալուծում նաիրիտցիների համար: 2010 թվականից գործարանը կուտակել էր շուրջ 5.5 միլիարդ դրամի կամ 15 միլիոն դոլարի պարտք:
Այս տարվա հունիս-հուլիս ամիսներին նաիրիտցիները ցույցեր էին անցկացնում կառավարության շենքի դիմաց՝ պահանջելով իրենց աշխատավարձերի փոխհատուցում: Գումարի չափը մեծ էր և բնական էր, որ պետությունը հնարավորություն չուներ միանգամից վճարել բոլոր աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը: Ուստի վճարումը եղավ երկու փուլով: Առաջին փուլում կառավարությունը վճարեց 400-500 աշխատակիցների գումարները, իսկ մյուսների գումարները՝ հուլիս ամսվա վերջում:
Խնդիրը նրանում էր, որ կային աշխատակիցներ. որոնց փաստաթղթերը վերանայման կարիք ունեին և ավելի ուշ էին ստորագրել
Այսիպիսով կառավարությունն այս տարվա հուլիսին վերջնականապես լուծեց նաիրիտցիների աշխատավարձերի խնդիրը:
Նաիրիտցիների աշխատավարձերի փոխհատուցումից բացի, հաջորդ կարևոր հարցը վերաբերվում էր շուրջ 500 աշխատողների հետագա գործունեությանը: Բանն այն է, որ «Նաիրիտ»-ում դեռևս աշխատող մոտ 500 աշխատակիցներ շարունակում են ծառայություն մատուցել գործարանին, ապահովում են օբյեկտի անվտանգությունը: Այս մասով կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել շարունակել վճարել մարդկանց աշխատավարձերը:
Չնայած նրան, որ Նաիրիտը հանդիսանում էր մասնավոր սեփականություն և կառավարությունը փաստացի պարտավորվածություն չուներ պետական բյուջեից լուծել տվյալ կառույցի ներքին խնդիրները, այնուամենայնիվ վճարեց գործարանի՝ տարիների ընթացքում կուտակաց ահռելի պարտքը: Գուցե լինեն մարդիկ, ում համար անցնող տարում առկա էին ավելի լուրջ հարցեր կամ ձեռքբերումներ, սակայն Նաիրիտի խնդրի հանգուցալուծումը ըստ իս ունի առանցքային կարևորությունը:
