«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են սպասվում նաև Արթիկում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այստեղ ևս բավական թեժ ընտրապայքար է սպասվում, քանի որ իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ընտրություններին պատրաստվում է մասնակցել մի քանի դեմքով։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, իշխանությունները, տեսնելով, թե ինչպես պարտվեցին Գյումրիում և Գորիսում, Արթիկում փորձում են ոչ թե միանգամից կենտրոնանալ մեկ թեկնածուի վրա, այլ առաջնորդվել «ցանցային» մեթոդով։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, թեկնածուներից առաջինն Արթիկի գործող քաղաքապետ, նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական Մխիթար Վարագյանն է։

Հնարավոր մյուս թեկնածուն Արթիկի ևս մեկ նախկին քաղաքապետ է՝ Արսեն Աբրահամյանը, որը նույնպես նախկին ՀՀԿ անդամ է, իսկ ներկայումս Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գլխավոր քարտուղարն է։ Սակայն Վարագյանի և Աբրահամյանի թեկնածության հետ կապված Արթիկի ՔՊ կառույցում կա մեծ տարաձայնություն ու անհամաձայնություն, ինչը պայմանավորված է վերը նշված թեկնածուների՝ նախկին իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներ լինելու փաստով։

Իշխանության տեսադաշտում են նաև Արթիկի էլցանցի նախկին պետ Գրիգոր Բաղդասարյանը, որն Արթիկում առավել հայտնի է Գրիգ մականվամբ, ինչպես նաև գործող քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արտակ Հարությունյանը։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկության համաձայն, ընդդիմության կողմից որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու է նախանշվում շրջակա միջավայրի նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՅԴ անդամ Հակոբ Մաթիլ յանը։
