ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը վստահեցնում է, որ այս պահի դրությամբ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև որևէ հանդիպում նախատեսված չէ։
«Կան տարբեր ֆորմատներով տարբեր հանդիպումների առաջարկներ, որոնք քննարկման փուլում են»,– Facebook–ում գրել է նա։
Հունանյանն ընդգծել է, որ այս թեմայի շուրջ որոշ շրջանակների տարածած լուրերը ակնհայտ սադրիչ բնույթ ունեն և իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում:
«Իրավիճակի մեջ ճիշտ կողմնորոշվելու համար խորհուրդ կտայի ուսումնասիրել 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի մոսկովյան եռակողմ հանդիպմանը նախորդած լուրերը, պնդումները, «բացահայտումները», ծանոթանալ հանդիպման արդյունքներին ու բովանդակությանը և հետահայաց վերլուծել, թե որքանո՞վ էին համապատասխանում հանդիպումից առաջ տարածվող լուրերը իրականությանը»,– ավելացրել է նա:
Հունանյանը հիշեցրել է` Փաշինյանը մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստան պատրաստ է բարձր և բարձրագույն մակարդակով վերսկսել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում և մանդատի ներքո:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության հիման վրա՝ Հայաստանը ներգրավված է եռակողմ (Հայաստան, Ռուսաստան, Ադրբեջան) աշխատանքային քննարկումներում, որոնք վերաբերում են տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակմանը: 2021 թվականի մայիսից ի վեր եռակողմ ֆորմատով քննարկվել է նաև ՀՀ տարածքից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների դուրսբերումը ու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի գործընթացի հնարավոր մեկնարկի գաղափարը, որը մինչ այս պահը կյանքի չի կոչվել: Սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման հարցում խորհրդատվական օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս երկու համանախագահող երկրները՝ ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան, ինչպես նաև Եվրամիությունը:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը վերը նշված օրակարգի մասին հայտարարել է դեռ ամիսներ առաջ և հետևողական է լինելու դրա առաջմղման, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի շահերը պաշտպանելու, տևական խաղաղություն և կայունություն հաստատելու հարցում»,– շեշտել է Հունանյանը:
