Կոռնիձոր գյուղի գերեզմանոցի մոտից ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները հափշտակել են Կոռնիձորի բնակչի 107 ոչխարն ու 5 այծը. ՄԻՊ
BLOGԱյսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ է ներկայացվել ահազանգ այն մասին, որ 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 22-ին՝ ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի Կոռնիձոր գյուղի գերեզմանոցի հարակից տարածքից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ծառայողները հափշտակել են Կոռնիձորի բնակչի պատկանող 107 ոչխար և 5 այծ: ԱՅՍ ՄԱՍԻՆ հհ միպ Արման Թաթոյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել:
«Կենդանիներին գերեզմանոցի հարակից արոտավայրում արածեցնող քաղաքացին նկատել է, որ ադրբեջանական երկու զինված ծառայողներ իրենց դիրքերից իջել և գալիս են դեպի իր կենդանիները, մոտենալուն պես կենդանիներին քշել-տարել են դեպի իրենց դիրքեր: Այս հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև այն, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները հափշտակել են հենց նշված քանակի կենդանիներ, ստուգվել են մի քանի աղբյուրների տվյալներով:
Կոռնիձորի բնակիչը ժամը 12։15-ի սահմաններում դեպքի մասին տեղեկացրել է համայնքային մարմիններին: Ըստ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի տեղեկությունների՝ դեպքից գրեթե անմիջապես հետո ժամանել ու տեղում ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացրել ՀՀ և ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայողները ու ներկայում ձեռնարկում են համապատասխան քայլեր:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը վերծանել է ահազանգի հանգամանքները, որոնք այն մասին են, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացու սեփականության հափշտակությունը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ տարածքից: Այդ հանգամանքները փոխակերպված են սույն հայտարարությանը կից հրապարակվող քարտեզի հատվածի վրա:
ՀՀ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս հանցագործության ահազանգը պետք է դրվի Ադրբեջանի նկտամամբ մեր պետության պահանջների հիմքում միջազգային հարթակներում: Այն կդրվի նաև ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցների ու պահանջների հիմքում:
Մարդկանց պատճառվող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հասնող վնասների հատուցումը կլինի ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների ապահովման կարևոր երաշխիք:
Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս հանցավոր արարքները խախտում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին կյանքի, սեփականության և այլ կենսական իրավունքները, մարդկանց զրկում են անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելուն՝ անվտանգության խնդիրներին ավելացնելով սոցիալականը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ բոլոր հանցավոր ոտնձգությունների, մարդկանց իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների հիմքը, դրանց սնուցման աղբյուրը մեկն է. ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյաց ու թշնամանքի, էթնիկ զտումների ու ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը:
Ուստի, պետք է անհապաղ սկսվի Ադրբեջանի հետ ՀՀ սահմանների շուրջ անվտանգության ապառազմականացված գոտի ստեղծելու և ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությունից, համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից անհապաղ հեռացնելու գործընթաց:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի այս առաջարկն արդեն տեղ է գտել միջազգային կոնկրետ փաստաթղթում՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) 2021թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի թիվ 2391 (2021) բանաձևում:
Այս մասին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը համապատասխան հաղորդումներ կուղարկի նաև միջազգային կառույցներին ու ՀՀ պետական մարմիններին, քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպություններին»,- հայտնել է ՄԻՊ-ը:
