Հաջորդ տարվանից ՀՀ-ում ծնված ամեն 3-րդ և հաջորդ երեխային մինչև 6 տարեկանը կտրամադրվի ամսական 50 հազար դրամ

Հայաստանում 2022-ի հունվարի 1-ից սկսած ծնված ամեն երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխան պետության կողմից կստանա  ամսական 50 հազար դրամ աջակցություն՝ մինչև 6 տարեկանը: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստերում «ՀՀ 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկմանը:

«2022-ի բյուջեն լուծելու է բազմաթիվ կարևորագույն խնդիրներ: Մեր նախընտրական խոստման համաձայն՝ 2022-ի հունվարի 1-ին և դրանից հետո նոր ծնված յուրաքանչյուր 3-րդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ՀՀ կառավարությունը կաջակցի ամիսը 50 հազար դրամ ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ ձևով, և այդ աջակցությունը կշարունակվի մինչև երեխայի 6 տարեկանը լրանալը: Այս ծրագիրը մեկնարկում է»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ դա նոր կազմավորվող ընտանիքներին կլինի լուրջ աջակցություն, արդեն 2 երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքներին կաջակցի, որ նրանք բազմազավակ ընտանիք դառնալու հարցում որոշում կայացնեն:

«Սակայն հեռու ենք այն մտքից, թե 2022-ի պետբյուջեն կլուծի մեր առաջ ծառացած  բոլոր խնդիրները: և, ըստ այդմ, բազմաթիվ, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական խնդիրներ մնալու են դեռ չլուծված»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Աղքատության և սոցիալական պաշտպանության խնդիրներն արմատապես լուծելու համար նա կարևորեց ամուր տնտեսական և անվտանգային հիմքերը: Փաշինյանը խոստացավ, որ դրանք դնելու են ամուր հիմքերի վրա և ստեղծելու են առաջիկա մի քանի տարիների ընթացում: «Մենք վստահ ենք, որ կառավարության ծրագիրն ունենալու է հաջող իրագործում՝ ապահովելու ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, բարեկեցությունը և արժանապատիվ կյանքը»,-եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը:
