ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը շրջաբերական գրություն է ուղարկել ՀՀ բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող կազմակերպություններին:

Հիմք ընդունելով COVID-19 համավարակի տարածմամբ ՀՀ-ում ստեղծված համաճարակային իրավիճակը և վերջին օրերի ընթացքում հիվանդության կտրուկ աճի միտումը՝ համաճարակային իրավիճակը վերահսկելու ու հիվանդության տարածումը զսպելու նպատակով առաջարկվել է 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 15-ը բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնական գործընթացի կազմակերպումն իրականացնել առցանց ուսուցմամբ: Ուսուցումն անհրաժեշտ է կազմակերպել տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցման ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների և գործիքակազմերի կիրառմամբ` ըստ բուհի մասնագիտական ուղղվածության և ուսուցանվող մասնագիտությունների առանձնահատկությունների:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը շրջաբերական գրություն է ուղարկել նաև նախնական մասնագիտական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրեններին: Հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից համաճարակային կորոնավիրուսային (COVID-19) հիվանդությամբ պայմանավորված հետազոտությունների արդյունքները և առաջարկությունը` նշված հաստատություններին հանձնարարվել է ուսումնական գործընթացը 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ից երկու շաբաթով կազմակերպել հեռավար:

Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային վարակի կանխարգելման նպատակով իրականացվող միջոցառումների շրջանակում նախատեսվում է նաև հանրակրթական հիմնական ընդհանուր, մասնագիտացված և հատուկ պետական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2021-2022 և 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարիների օրինակելի ուսումնական պլաններով նախատեսված աշնանային արձակուրդները 1-12-րդ դասարանցիների համար երկարաձգել ևս մեկ շաբաթով՝ մինչև 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 7-ը ներառյալ:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններին հորդորում է զերծ մնալ արձակուրդի ընթացքում աշխատակիցներին դպրոց կանչելուց և աշխատանքները հնարավորինս կազմակերպել հեռավար ձևաչափով:
