Մեկ շաբաթ է՝ Ադրբեջանը չի թույլատրում որոնողական աշխատանքներ կատարել. «Փաստինֆո»
SOCIETYԱրցախի փրկարարները մոտ մեկ շաբաթ է Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված տարածքներում որոնողական աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացնում։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի ՆԳՆ ԱԻՊԾ մամուլի խոսնակ Հունան Թադևոսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը խնդիրներ է առաջացնում. փրկարարները պատրաստ են իրականացնել 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհվածների աճյունների որոնողական աշխատանքները։
«Որոնողական աշխատանքները մեկ շաբաթ դադարեցված են եղել, բայց մենք ամեն օր պատրաստ ենք եղել, որ գնանք, սակայն իրենց կողմը չի թույլատրել»։
Թադևոսյանը նշեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն իր վարքագիծը որեւէ կերպ չի պարզաբանել, չի նշել, թե ինչո՞ւ չեն թույլատրում շարունակել աշխատանքները։ Բացառված չէ, որ դա պայմանավորված է օկուպացված տարածքներ վերջերս կատարվող պաշտոնական այցերի և շինարարությունների հետ։
«Պայմանավորվածություն ենք ձեռք բերել վաղը գնալու համար, երևի հարավային ուղղությամբ, տարածքը դեռ չի որոշվել»,- ասաց Թադևոսյանը։
Արցախի ՆԳՆ ԱԻՊԾ մամուլի խոսնակը նշեց նաև, որ եղանակային պայմանները թույլ են տալիս շարունակել որոնողական աշխատանքները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին անգամ որոնողական աշխատանքների մասին տեղեկացրել էին հոկտեմբերի 18-ին, երբ Շուշիում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքում` Ադրբեջանը հայկական կողմին էր փոխանցել ևս մեկ աճյուն։
Դրանից հետո հայտնի դարձավ, որ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Իլհամ Ալիևը և Մեհրիբան Ալիևան այցելել են Արցախի գրավյալ տարածքներ՝ Կովսականի (Զանգելանի) շրջան, իսկ այսօր էլ շրջել են Կուբաթլուի շրջանում։ Վաղը՝ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին, Վարանդայում տեղի կունենա միջազգային օդանավակայանի պաշտոնական բացումը, որին ներկա կլինեն Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահները։
2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ից առ այսօր, որոնողական աշխատանքների և դիերի փոխանակման արդյունքում` հաստատվել է ընդհանուր 1686 աճյուն, որոնց թվում նաև քաղաքացիական անձինք են։
