Լատվիան կրկնակի կրճատել է փախստականների նպաստները

Լատվիա ժամանող փախստականները 139 եվրո փոխհատուցում կստանան, ինչը կրկնակի քիչ է նախապես առաջարկվողից: Այս որոշումը կառավարությունը հաստատել է այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին:
Կառավարության անդամների կարծիքով, դա առավելագույն հնարավոր գումարն է, բայց դա կստանան միայն այն փախստականները, որոնք երկիր են ժամանում առանց ընտանիքի: Եթե փախստականները ընտանիքով են, ապա 139 եվրոն կստանա նրանցից միայն մեկը, իսկ մյուսները կստանան 97 եվրո:
Նախապես փախստականների նպաստի չափը կազմում էր 256 եվրո, իսկ անչափահասների համար երեք անգամ քիչ: Սակայն կառավարությունը հասկացրել է, որ այդ գումարը չափից ավելի մեծ է համարում:
«Քաղաքական կուսակցությունները պայմանավորվել են, որ նպաստը պետք է ավելի քիչ լինի: Իմ կարծիքով, այն պետք է մի փոքր մեծ լինի նվազագույն զամբյուղից, եւ այդ գումարին պետք է ավելացնել բնակվարձի ծախսը»,-ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր վարչապետ Լայմդոտա Ստրաույուման, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Բարեկեցության նախարար Ուլդիս Աուգուլիսն էլ նշել է, որ պետք է այնպես անել, որպեսզի փախստականները հնարավորինս շուտ մտնեն աշխատանքի շուկա: «Ներկայումս փախստականը կարող է նպաստ ստանալ եւ ոչինչ չանել, բայց մենք աշխատում ենք այդ համակարգի փոփոխության վրա: Միգրանտները պետք է մասնակցեն աշխատանքի շուկային եւ աշխատեն այնտեղ, որտեղ կառաջարկի զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունը: Հակառակ դեպքում նրանք ոչնչի չեն հասնի»,-ասել է նա:
