Մասնագետները քննարկել են Գյումրու կենդանաբանական այգու խնդիրները

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի հանձնարարությամբ փոխնախարար Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել է «Փրկենք Գյումրու կենդանաբանական այգու կենդանիներին» նախաձեռնության անդամներին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են Գյումրու մասնավոր կենդանաբանական այգու խնդիրները, կենդանիների վիճակը և դրանց այլ երկիր տեղափոխելու հնարավորություններն ու հեռանկարները: Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրական խնդիրներին:
Փոխնախարար Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում իր հնարավորությունների և լիազորությունների շրջանակներում աջակցելու Գյումրու մասնավոր կենդանաբանական այգու կենդանիների՝ մասնավորապես 2 արջերի և 3 առյուծների տեղափոխման խնդրին, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է անազատ պայմաններում պահվող վայրի կենդանիների խնդրի կարգավորման օրենսդրական ասպեկտին, ապա մենք բաց ենք յուրաքանչյուր կառուցողական առաջարկության և ակտիվ համագործակցության համար»:
Նախաձեռնության անդամ Կարինե Փանոսյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և համագործակցության պատրաստակամության համար, իր հերթին ներկայացրել է Գյումրու կենդանաբանական այգու ներկա իրավիճակը և հույս հայտնել, որ առաջիկայում հնարավոր կլինի կենդանիներին տեղափոխել առավել բարենպաստ վայր:
Propose կենդանիների բարեկեցության բարեգործական կազմակերպության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցիչ Նարե Արամյանը նախարարությանն է հանձնել առաջարկությունների փաթեթ, որոնց շրջանակներում ակնկալվում է կարգավորել և բարելավել անազատ պայմաններում պահվող վայրի կենդանիներին վերաբերող խնդիրները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու, որի շրջանակներում կաշխատեն առկա խնդրի, ինչպես նաև ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն մշակելու ուղղությամբ:
