Թրամփի նախկին խորհրդականը խոսել է նրա և Պուտինի գլխավոր տարբերության մասին

ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ Ռուսաստանի հարցով նախկին խորհրդական Ֆիոնա Հիլը Foreign Affairs ամսագրի համար գրված հոդվածում պատմել է ԱՄՆ նախկին առաջնորդի և ՌԴ ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ 2018 թվականին Հելսինկիում կայացած հանդիպման մանրամասները:
Ինչպես փոխանցու է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի», նրա խոսքով՝ ասուլիսի ժամանակ Թրամփին շփոթեցրել են 2016 թվականի նախագահական մրցապայքարին ՌԴ հնարավոր միջամտության մասին լրագրողների հարցերը: Նման հարցերի պատճառով նրան չի հաջողվել ոչ միայն լավ տպավորություն թողնել Պուտինի վրա, այլև հող նախապատրաստել հետագա բանակցությունների համար:
Ֆիոնա Հիլը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության մասին ցանկացած կասկածի հաստատում Թրամփի կողմից հավասարազոր կլիներ ընդունելուն, որ ինքը չի հաղթել ընտրություններում: Այնուամենայնիվ, ամերիկացի առաջնորդին չի հաջողվել պատշաճ պատասխան տալ լրագրողներին: Մինչդեռ Պուտինը որսացել է իր պոշտոնակցի տրամադրությունը, ինչը նրան նույնպես ստիպել է անհանգստանալ, ինչպես նշել է Թրամփի նախկին խորհրդականը:
Առաջնորդների հանդիպման ընթացքը նկարագրելուց բացի ամերիկացի նախկին պաշտոնյան կարծիք է հայտնել Պուտինի և Թրամփի միջև կարևոր տարբերությունների մասին: Մասնավորապես, Հիլը վստահութուն է հայտնել, որ ի տարբերություն Թրամփի՝ ՌԴ ղեկավարը ձգտում է միավորել երկիրը՝ ստեղծելով միասնական մշակութային դաշտ:
«Պուտինը ձգտում է միասնական ռուսական մշակույթ և անհատականություն ստեղծել, ինչը թույլ կտա հաղթահարել անցյալի ներքին տարաձայնությունները, որոնք հանգեցրել են ինչպես Ռուսական կայսրության, այնպես էլ Խորհրդային Միութան փլուզմանը: Մինչդեռ Թրամփը ցանկանում էր, որ իր իշխանության գտնվելու օրոք շատ Ամերիկաներ լինեն: Դա ավելին է, քան պարզապես քաղաքական ոճի տարբերությունը. դա չափազանց կարևոր պահ է»,-մեկնաբանել է ամերիկուհին:
