SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկացնում են, որ ԱՀ ՔԿ տարածքային քննչական վարչությունում վարույթ է ընդունվել 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 3-ին՝ ժամը 08:00-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներից ելնելով, ուրիշի գույքը բացահայտ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ ԱՀ Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար քաղաքի վարչական տարածքի չեզոք գոտուց նույն քաղաքի 1956թ. ծնված բնակչին պատկանող 32 գլուխ կով և 13 գլուխ հորթ բացահայտ հափշտակելու և վերջինիս առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ ընդհանուր 12.370.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի գույքային վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցված քրեական գործը:
