SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին, ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի որոշմամբ իրականացվել է հատուկ օպերացիա։
Զովունի գյուղի գերեզմանոցից ոստիկանները Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում հաշվառված 37-ամյա Արթուր Ասրյանին։ Վերջինիս մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «ԱԿՄ» տիպի ինքնաձիգ, 1 հատ պահուստատուփ, որի մեջ եղել է 30 հատ 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ։
Ասրյանը 2020 թվականի հունիսի 15-ից ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 176 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, 176 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի, 176 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի, 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի, 185 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքներով:
Նա 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ից հետախուզվում էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Կրասնոդար քաղաքի ՆԳՎ Կառասունի շրջանի ոստիկանության բաժնի կողմից 105 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի Ա կետի (սպանության փորձ) և 30 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ դատարանի որոշմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
Ա. Ասրյանը կասկածվում է 2020 թվականի մարտի 9-ին Երևանում՝ Հալաբյան փողոցում, հանցագործ աշխարհում հայտնի «օրենքով գող» Արմեն Կանևսկոյի (Արմեն Հարությունյան) քրոջ որդիների և ևս 2 հոգու նկատմամբ ինքնաձիգով սպանության փորձ կատարելու մեջ։
