POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպում նոյեմբերի 9-ին նախատեսված չէ: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում կառավարության անդամների հետ հարցուպատասխանին ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
ՔՊ-ի պատգամավոր Սոնա Ղազարյանը նկատեց՝ լուրեր են տարածվել, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին նախատեսվում է ՀՀ վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հանդիպում, շրջանառվում է նաև փաստաթղթերի մասին տեղեկատվություն, թե Մոսկվայում նախատեսվող ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթերը վերաբերվելու են դեմարկացիային, դելիմիտացիային և կոմունիկացիաների վերականգնմանը: Նա հետաքրքրվեց ՝ արդյոք նման բան նախատեսվում է:
«Այս պահին այդ ֆորմատով որևէ հանդիպում նախատեսված չէ: Միևնույն ժամանակ և այս պահին և պարբերաբար, գրեթե մշտական բնույթով քննարկվում են տարբեր ֆորմատներով տարբեր հանդիպումների առաջարկներ: Ենթադրաբար այդպիսի հնարավոր հանդիպումների արդյունքում գուցե լինի համաձայնեցված որևէ տեքստի հրապարակում»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը:
Անդրադառնալով մամուլում եղած հրապարակումներին՝ նախարարն ասաց. «Այդ երկու քննարկված բովանդակությամբ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրում անշուշտ չի նախատեսվում: Այդ հանդիպումները մեզ համար բազմաթիվ կիրառական նշանակություններ ունեն, հնարավորություններ կարող են ստեղծել՝ հասցեագրելու հետպատերազմյան ողջ հումանիտար խնդիրների ամբողջությունը, առաջին հերթին ռազմագերիների և բռնի պահվող քաղաքացիական անձանց հնարավոր շուտափույթ ազատ արձակումը, նաև Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ մնացած տարածքներում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության հուշարձանների հարցը և բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր»:
Ըստ նրա՝ այդպիսի հանդիպումներն ավելի լայն իմաստով հնարավորություն են՝ թուլացնելու լարվածությունը տարածաշրջանում և արդեն ջանքեր գործադրելու ավելի երկարատև կայունություն և խաղաղություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: «Սա է այդպիսի հանդիպումների հաճախելու մեր մոտիվացիան: Այդպիսի հանդիպումների առաջարկներ տարբեր ֆորմատներով կան: Այդպիսի հանդիպումների արդյունքում սովորաբար լինում են համաձայնեցված տեքստերի հրապարակումներ»,-ասաց նախարարն ու հավելեց՝ մամուլում հրապարակված բովանդակությամբ որևէ բան նախատեսված չէ:
Միրզոյանը նշեց, որ բանակցությունները որոշակի գաղտնիության կոմպոնենտ ենթադրում են: «Բայց ես ուզում եմ երեկվա, այսօրվա և վաղվա համար վստահեցնել, որ բոլոր այդ տեսակ փակ դռների հետևում վարվող բանակցություններում, խոսակցություններում մեր դիրքորոշումները 100 տոկոսով համապատասխանում են մեր քաղաքական թիմի, ՀՀ վարչապետի և մյուսներիս կողմից հրապարակավ հայտնած դիրքորոշումներին, որևէ միլիմետր չեն նահանջում այդ դիրքորոշումներից, նաև ավել էլ չեն»,-ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը:
