Պուշկինի փողոցում անչափահասն առանց համարանիշների BMW-ով 8 ավտոմեքենայի է հարվածել (տեսանյութ)

Օրեր առաջ Պուշկինի փողոցում անչափահասը, ոչ սթափ վիճակում,  առանց համարանիշների BMW-ով բախվել է ճանապարհի թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված BMW X5, Mercedes S500, Mercedes, BMW, BMW X6, Toyota Camry, Volkswagen, Opel Astra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներին։ 8 ավտոմեքենայի էր հարվածել։ Ըստ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագորւթյան, նախնական տվյալներով ավտոմեքենաների սեփականատերերին պատճառված վնասը կազմում է շուրջ 5մլն ՀՀ դրամ: 17-ամյա վարորդը կալանավորվել է։

«2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 23-ին` ժամը 00:20-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Պուշկին-Փարպեցի փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտ ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանները, նկատելով «BMW» մակնիշի, առանց հաշվառման համարանիշների ավտոմեքենա, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով փորձել են կանգնեցնել այն, սակայն նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, ով Երևան քաղաքի 17-ամյա բնակիչ է, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, դրսևորելով բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք հասարակության նկատմամբ, տևական ժամանակ չի ենթարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների օրինական պահանջին և դիմել է փախուստի՝ այդ ընթացքում վնասելով ճանապարհին կայանված թվով 7 ավտոմեքենա, բախվել է իրեն հետապնդող պարեկային ծառայության ավտոմեքենային և կանգ առել:

Անչափահասը բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին և ձերբակալվել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 243.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 258-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ պատանին տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում՝ միաժամանակ չունենալով վարորդական իրավունք:

Նախնական տվյալներով ավտոմեքենաների սեփականատերերին պատճառված վնասը կազմում է շուրջ 5մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում զննության են ենթարկվել դեպքի վայրը տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, նշանակվել է դատաապրանքագիտական փորձաքննություն:

Երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ խուլիգանություն կատարելու, տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունք չունեցող անձի կողմից ոչ սթափ վիճակում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու, իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնասելու համար, իսկ որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
