Փաշինյանը խոստովանում է, որ մեծ թվով գործոններ խոսում էին պատերազմի վերսկսման մասին, սակայն իշխանությունը կարծել է, որ այս անգամ էլ չի սկսվի ու անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ չի իրականացրել. Աբրահամյան

Արդեն 2-րդ դեպքն է, որ իմ՝ Փաշինյանին ուղղված հարցադրման ժամանակ, իրավիճակը դուրս է գալիս վերահսկողությունից և բանախոսը իմ հարցին պատասխանելու փոխարեն «հիշում է», որ մեր գործընկեր խմբակցությունից մինչև այդ հայտարարություններ էին հնչել ու կարիք ունի դրանց արձագանքելու։Այս  մասին  տեսանյութին կից   գրառում է արել «Պատիվ  ունեմ»  դաշինքի  պատգամավոր    Տիգրան  Աբրահամյանը:
 
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենք խախտելը իշխանության համար սովորական երևույթ է դարձել, արդյունքում Փաշինյանը ինչքան ուզում խոսում է՝ ամբողջ ուժով խախտելով սահմանված կանոնակարգերը։
 
 
Իր անընդունելի հայտարարությունների մասին շատ բան կա ասելու, բայց քանի որ Փաշինյանն իր հախուռն պահվածքով հենց իմ հարցից էր փախուստի դիմում, մի քանի կարճ արձանագրում անեմ։
Փաստացի Փաշինյանը խոստովանեց, որ բացի այն գործոններից, որոնք հասարակությունը, ԶԼՄ-ները, փորձագետները արձանագրել էին պատերազմին նախորդ ամիսներին՝ Ադրբեջանի նախապատրաստությունը պատերազմին, սկսած մասշտաբային զորավարժություններից, Թուրքիայի հետ պլանավորումներից և վերջացրած մոբիլիզացիա, տեղեկատվական/քաղաքական նախապատրաստություն, սեպտեմբերի 25-ին պատերազմի մասին տեղեկատվություն ֆիքսել ու հայտնել էր հետախուզությունը։
Ստացվում է, որ պատերազմի մասին հուշող մեծ գործոնների առկայության պայմաններում, Փաշինյանը պետական կառավարման համակարգը խաղաղից պատերազմականի չի բերել, զինված ուժերը մարտունակության համապատասխան աստիճանի չի բերել ու չի ծավալվել։
 
Փաշինյանը խոստովանում է, որ մեծ թվով գործոններ խոսում էին պատերազմի վերսկսման մասին, սակայն իշխանությունը կարծել է, որ այս անգամ էլ չի սկսվի ու անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ չի իրականացրել։
Այս պատերազմում պարտության հիմքը դրվել են սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, երբ իշխանությունը նվազագույնը մեծ կասկածներ ունենալով պատերազմի վերսկսման մասին, անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների չի գնացել։
