Ես եմ հետ քաշվելու հրաման տվել. Փաշինյանը՝ Սյունիքի սահմաններից զորքերի հետքաշման մասին
POLITICSԵս երբևէ հրաժարվե՞լ եմ, որ ես այդ որոշման պատասխանատուն եմ, որևէ նման բան եղե՞լ է: Այս մասին ԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանի՝ Սյունիքի սահմաններից հետ քաշվելու հարցին ի պատասխան:
«Այսօր ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահները հայտնվել են Սյունիքում, որովհետև դեկտեմբերի 18-ին եղել է զորքերի հետքաշման հրաման, որը նախատեսված չի եղել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ: Զորքերի հետքաշման հրամանը եղել է բանավո՞ր, թե՞ գրավոր, ի՞նչ է այն մարդու անուն-ազգանունը, ով հնչեցրել է նման հրաման, արդյո՞ք Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ տեղի է ունեցել նման որոշում կայացնելուց առաջ»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց. «Ասում եք՝ նախարարը գրավո՞ր է տվել, թե՞ բանավոր. իրենց ընթացակարգերով են տալիս հրամանները: Քննարկում եղե՞լ է, այո՛, եղել է: Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ չի եղել, բայց դրա անդամները, Սյունիքի մարզպետը, ԱԳ նախարարը, որ ասում էր՝ մենք տեղյակ չենք, նախարարի տեղակալը՝ հետո, մասնակցել են այդ քննարկմանը: Այն տեղի է ունեցել Կառավարությունում, և որոշում է կայացվել: Իմ համոզմունքն այն էր, որ եթե այդ որոշումը չկայացվեր, այնտեղ ռազմական գործողություններ էին սկսելու, և իրոք Սյունիքում մենք ունենալու էինք խնդիրներ»,-ասաց նա, ապա հավելեց.
«Ինչու մենք այնտե՞ղ էինք կանգնած, մենք դրանից տասնյակ կիլոմետրեր առաջ էինք կանգնած, եկել հասել ենք այդտեղ: Այդ որոշումը կայացվել է նաև այն տրամաբանությամբ, որ բանակցային քննարկումների ընթացքում եղել է ըմբռնում, որ մենք 7 շրջաններ պետք է հանձնենք: Այդ տարածքները հանձնվել են 7 շրջանների մաս լինելու բերումով»,-ասաց նա՝ հղում անելով ՀՀ վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին օրենքին:
Պատգամավորի դիտարկմանը՝ այսինքն՝ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյա՞նն է զորքերի հետ քաշվելու հրաման տվել, Փաշինյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց:
«Ո՛չ, ես եմ հետ քաշվելու հրաման տվել, Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն իրականացրել է այդ հրամանը»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, թե այդ որոշումը կայացվել է ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհը առնվազն ինչ-որ ժամանակ չկորցնելու նկատառումով: Նրա խոսքով՝ 5-6 քննարկում է եղել այդ հարցով:
