Ակբա բանկը դարձել է Հայաստանի ամենաշատ բաժնետեր ունեցող ընկերություններից
SOCIETYՍեպտեմբերին՝ Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման մասին հայտարարելուց հետո, շուրջ 4000 ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձ ավելի քան 4,5 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում է իրականացրել բանկի բաժնետոմսերում։ Սա Հայաստանում իրականացված ամենամեծ տեղաբաշխումներից է։ Բաժնետոմսերի նման քանակի տեղաբաշխումն արդեն իսկ ապահովում է Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի հետագա ցուցակումը Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի իրացվելի հարթակում։
«Ինչո՞ւ դառնալ Ակբա բանկի բաժնետեր. ներդրողի համար պատճառները երկուսն են՝ ֆինանսական և ոչ ֆինանսական: Ձեռքբերման ֆինանսական նպատակները շատ կոնկրետ են. ստանալ կայուն ու երկարաժամկետ եկամուտներ: Ոչ ֆինանսականի առումով մարդկանց հնարավորություն ենք տալիս բաժնետեր դառնալ և մասնակիցը լինել Հայաստանի լավագույն ընկերություններից, խմբերից մեկում, նույնիսկ կառավարմանը մասնակից լինել. յուրաքանչյուր բաժնետեր կարող է մասնակցել կառավարմանը։
Մենք ինչո՞ւ գնացինք այս քայլին: Նախ մենք 25 տարի աշխատել ենք հաճախորդների բանակի հետ, ովքեր այս բանկը համարել են իրենցը, իրենք նպաստել են մեր հզորացմանը: Մենք պետք է իրենց հնարավորություն տայինք, որ կարողանան բալանսային արժեքով բաժնետոմսեր ձեռք բերել: Ուրախ եմ, որ ավելանում է մեր բաժնետերերի թիվը, այժմ պրոցեսը շատ դրական է գնում: Մենք պարտավորված ենք զգում՝ ավելի լավ աշխատելու, ավելի թափանցիկ լինելու և ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարելու մեր ֆինանսական խումբը»,– նշում է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։
