«Ամենացավալին այն է, որ այդքան չարչարվում, պատվաստանյութեր ենք ձեռք բերում, բայց երբ կեղծ սերտիֆիկատ են տալիս, պատվաստանյութն ուղղակի փչացնում են։ Այսինքն սրվակը բացում, դատարկում են, և պետական միջոցներով ու չարչարանքի միջոցով ձեռք բերված պատվաստանյութը փչանում է»,-նշեց վարչապետը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ նաև այն շահարկումներին, երբ պետական միջոցառումից կամ ընդունելությունից ինչ-որ լուսանկար են տարածում և ասում, որ պաշտոնյաները դիմակ չեն կրում։ Վարչապետը նկատեց՝ քաղաքացիներն էլ հարսանիք են անում, միջոցառումներ անում, բայց սեղանի շուրջ դիմակ կրու՞մ են։
«Պետք է չտրվել այդ էժան շահարկումներին։ Ի վերջո պետք է հստակ ասենք, որ այսօր մահերի պատասխանատվությունը կրում են այն մարդիկ, որոնք հակապատվաստումային քարոզչություն են իրականացնում»,- նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
