Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին, Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը հաղորդել էր, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կրակ են բացել ՊԲ մարտական հենակետներից մեկի ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում հրազենային վիրավորում են ստացել 6 զինծառայողներ:
 
Այս միջադեից հետո, Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականները մեկնաբանություն էին տվել, որով տեղեկացրել էին, որ հարվածը հասցվել է ԱԹՍ-ի միջոցով: Ստացվում է, որ տեղի է ունեցել ոչ թե հրազենային, այլ ԱԹՍ-ի արկի բեկորային վիրավորում:
 
Դեպքից մեկ օր հետո, ՊԲ փոխանցմամբ, ադրբեջանական զինված ստորաբաժանումները կրակ էին բացել նաև այդ պահին առաջնագծում գտնվող ՊԲ շտապ օգնության մեքենայի ուղղությամբ:
Քանի որ դեպքի հետ կապված հակասական տեղեկությունները շատ էին, գրությամբ դիմել էի ՊՆ-ին։
 
Հարցերս հետևյալն էին՝
 
1. Խնդրում եմ տրամադրեք վիրավորում ստացած 6 վիրավոր զինծառայողների անուն, ազգանունները և առանձին ներկայացրեք վերջիններիս առողջական վիճակը:
 
2. Իրականում ինչպիսի վիրավորում էին ստացել ՊԲ 6 զինծառայողները՝ հրազենային, թե բեկորային:
 
3. Արդյոք խոցված շտապ օգնության մեքենայի միջադեպով կան վիրավորներ կամ վնասվածք ստացած անձինք:
 
Պաշտպանության նախարարը պատասխան գրությամբ տեղեկացրել է, որ Ալբերտ Սարուխանյանի վիճակը ծանր է, Խաչիկ Գևորգյանի վիճակը միջին ծանրության է, Քաջիկ Արշակյանի վիճակը բավարար է, Հրայր Հակոբյանի վիճակը ծանր է, Էդգար Հովակիմյանի վիճակը բավարար է, Լեռնիկ Չախիֆալակյանի վիճակը ծանր է։
Առողջություն մեր զինծառայողներին։
 
ՊՆ-ն նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ 6 զինծառայողներից մեկը ստացել է հրազենային, հինգը՝ բեկորային վիրավորումներ։
Այդ օրերին խոցված շտապ օգնության մեքենայի մասով էլ ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ միջադեպի հետևանքով վնասվել է միայն մեքենան, իսկ մեքենայում գտնվող անձինք չեն տուժել։
