«uNight» to Unite. Ucom-ը տոնել է իր վերածնունդը

Օրերս Ucom ընկերության 1500 աշխատակիցները տոնել են ընկերության վերածնունդը և դրանում իրենց անմիջական ներգրավվածությունը 2 մասից բաղկացած միջոցառման ժամանակ։ Միջոցառման առաջին հատվածը՝ քաղաքային քվեսթը, բազմաթիվ թիմերում աշխատող գործընկերներին միավորել է թե՛ ինտելեկտուալ, և թե՛ սպորտային մրցապայքարում։ Թիմակիցները, հնարամտություն, հավաքական միտք ու կամք դրսևորելով, Երևանի տարբեր վարչական շրջաններում իրականացրել են առաջադրանքներ, վաստակել միավորներ՝ այդպես ձևավորելով առաջատարների աղյուսակը: Առաջատարների ցանկում հայտնված թիմերի բոլոր անդամներն էլ ստացել են խրախուսական նվերներ:
«Վերջին երկու տարիները բարդ փորձություններով ու մարտահրավերներով են հագեցած Ucom-ի համար։ Ուրախությամբ արձանագրեմ, որ 2020 թվականի «լինել-չլինելու» սահմանային իրավիճակն այլևս անցյալում է այն բացառիկ արհեստավարժ 1500-հոգանոց թիմի շնորհիվ, որն ամեն օր՝ 24/7 ռեժիմով ապահովում է ֆիքսված ու շարժական կապի ծառայությունների մատուցումը Ucom-ի բաժանորդներին։ Նորացված կազմով այս թիմը գոհացուցիչ արդյունքների է հասել 2021 թվականին և ընկերության շարունակական զարգացման համար հավակնոտ նպատակներ սահմանել։ Այս երիտասարդ, բանիմաց, նպատակասլաց մարդիկ են Ucom-ի վերածննդի հեղինակներն ու հերոսները: Վստահաբար դեռ շատ անելիքներ ունեն բաժանորդների պահանջները գերազանցելու համար, իսկ այս 2 տարվա մարտահրավերներն էլ իրենց է՛լ ավելի են կոփել ու պատրաստել դրա համար», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման և կազմակերպության զարգացման տնօրեն Վիկտորյա Բաղդասարյանը։
Միջոցառման երկորդ հատվածում, որը կրել է «uNight to Unite» խորագիրը, Ucom-ի աշխատակիցները տոնել են սեփական ձեռքբերումները՝ ողջ թիմով շնորհավորելով նաև այն 25 «u!Hero» գործընկերներին, որոնք ընտրվել են ամբողջ անձնակազմի առցանց քվեարկության շնորհիվ Lucky Carrot հարթակի միջոցով։ Աշխատանքային բարձր ներգրավվածության և հոգատարության, թիմային լինելու և Ucom-ի վերածննդում լուրջ ներդրում ունենալու համար նրանք արժանացել են այդ կոչմանը՝ պարգևատրվելով «u!Hero» կրծքանշաններով ու «u!Hero» հուշանվերներով, ստացել են «All Sports» սպորտային ակումբների ցանցի բաժանորդագրության սերտիֆիկատներ, ինչպես նաև «Galaxy Group»-ի Time խանութ-սրահների նվեր-քարտեր։
Երեկոյի ջերմությունն ապահովել են Արամ MP3-ը, «By The Way Band»-ը, DJ-ներ Arni Rock-ն ու Hayk Solar-ը, ինչպես նաև հանդիսավար Նարեկ Մարգարյանը։
