Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վարույթում է գտնվում քաղաքացի Արաքսյա Հովհաննեսյանին առնչվող քրեական գործը, որն ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ հափշտակել է 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում վիրավորված զինծառայողների համար հավաքագրված գումարները: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Արաքսյա Արայիկի Հովհաննեսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սանձազերծած ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով վիրավորված զինվորներին ֆինանսական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նախաձեռնությամբ այցելել է ՀՀ-ում գործող տարբեր բժշկական կենտրոններ, լուսանկարահանել վիրավորված և ստացիոնար բուժօգնություն ստացող զինվորներին, որից հետո հիշյալ լուսանկարները տեղագրել է «Ֆեյսբուք» և «Ինստագրամ» սոցիալական կայքերի իր անձնական էջերում և վերջիններիս բուժման և այլ կարիքների համար գումարային աջակցության խնդրանքով դրամահավաք կազմակերպել, միաժամանակ մոր՝ Սոնյա Հովհաննեսյանի անունով հաշվեհամար է բացել, այն տեղադրել նշված կայքերում ու համապատասխան գրառումներով և ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ կազմակերպված տեսաուղերձներով հորդորել բարերարներին դրամահավաքին ուղղված գումարներն ուղարկել հիշյալ հաշվեհամարին:

Բացի այդ, նա տեղեկացել է, որ ՌԴ-ում բնակվող Նինա Աճեմյանը նույնպես պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում վիրավորումներ ստացած զինվորներին ֆինանսական աջակացության նպատակով դրամահավաք է իրականացնում, վստահությունը չարաշահելով՝ տիրացել է այդ գումարի մի մասին:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սուտ մատնության ու յուրացնելու հոդվածներով, խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
