SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում: Ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 98 կմ հատվածում, բախվել են Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչներ, 51-ամյա Պողոս Ղազարյանի վարած Toyota Land Cruiser մակնիշի և 63-ամյա Նաիրի Մանուչարյանի վարած Volkswagen մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, բախման հետևանքով Toyota-ն դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել ծառերին և կողաշրջվել: Վարորդ Պ. Ղազարյանը տեղում մահացել է:
Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Մարդոյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Հայկ Դավթյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Էդգար Սուսլիյանի, 2-րդ դասակի հրամանատար Կարեն Աբազյանի և 1-ին դասակի հրամանատար Վաչագան Ոսկանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Տիգրան Բարսեղյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայելյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Փաստի առթիվ Հ. Վարդանյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Եփրեմ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները քարշակի միջոցով տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
