Գյումրիի համայնքապետ ընտրվեց Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը․ նա միակ թեկնածուն էր (տեսանյութ)
POLITICSԳյումրի համայնքի նորընտիր ավագանու առաջին նիստին Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը ընտրվեց համայնքի ղեկավար։ Նա միակ թեկնածուն էր և նրան կողմ է քվեարկել ավագանու 24 անդամ, դեմ էին ավագանու 8 անդամ:
Ընտրվելուց հետո Սամսոնյանը ասաց իր շնորհակալական խոսքը՝ նշելով․ «Շարունակենք միասին շենացնել մեր Գյումրին»։
Նոր քաղաքապետի երդմնակալությունը տեղի կունենա նոյեմբերի 4-ին։
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունից հայտնել էին, որ թեկնածու չեն առաջադրում, սակայն կողմ են քվեարկելու Վարդգես Սամսոնյանի թեկնածությանը, որ քաղաքի կառավարումը լինի հնարավորինս անցնցում, իսկ «Զարթոնք», «Հանրապետական», «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունները թեկնածուներ չէին առաջադրել։
Միակ թեկնածու Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը ներկայացրել է իր կենսագրությունը, ըստ որի՝ սկսել է աշխատել է բանվոր, իսկ վերջին տարիների գործունեությունը կապված է եղել քաղաքապետարանի հետ։ Նա նաև խոսել է քաղաքի խնդիրներից, առաջնահերթություններից, և նշել՝ հետամուտ է լինելու դրանց լուծմանը:
