 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մահվան պատճառ հանդիսացած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ. ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին եղել է անչափահաս։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Դեկտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Գորիսի Սյունիքի փողոցի և Երևանյան խճուղու հատման խաչմերուկում Ա. Բաղդասարյանի անվամբ հաշվառված «Մերսեդես Բենց 420» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել Երևանյան խճուղու աջ կողնակում առկա գովազդային վահանակի սյանը, ինչի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից ուղևոր, 15-ամյա տղան մահացել է, ևս 2 դեռահաս մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն։ Պարզվել է, որ վթարի պահին ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին է գտնվել անչափահաս։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ին` ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Գորիս քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա. Բաղդասարյանն իրեն պատկանող «Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան տեխսպասարկման կետ տեղափոխելու նպատակով հանձնել է եղբորորդուն, ով 15 տարեկան է։ Նույն օրը` ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում, Սյունիքի փողոցի և Երևանյան խճուղու հատման խաչմերուկում ձախ շրջադարձ կատարելիս ավտոմեքենան, որի ղեկին գտնվել է դեռահասը, դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի ուղեմասից և ավտոմեքենայի աջակողմյան հատվածով բախվել Երևանյան խճուղու աջ կողնակում առկա գովազդային վահանակի սյանը, ինչի հետևանքով ուղևորներից մեկը՝ 15-ամյա Արենը, ստացած վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է, իսկ ղեկին գտնվող Նարեկը և նրան հասակակից Ալիկն ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Գորիսի բժշկական կենտրոն»:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում 2015թ-ի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 243-րդ հոդվածով՝ տրանսպորտային միջոցը 16 տարին չլրացած անձին հանձնելու համար, որի հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ առաջացել է մարդու մահ։
