Moderna-ի հակակորանավիրուսային և գրիպի դեմ պատվաստանյութերի համադրությունն անվտանգ է տարեցների համար. ուսումնասիրություն
SOCIETYԿլինիկական փորձարկումների երկրորդ փուլի արդյունքում գիտնականները եկել են եզրակացության, որ Moderna-ի պատվաստանյութի համադրությունը գրիպի դեմ պատվաստումների հետ վտանգավոր կողմնակի հետևանքների չի հանգեցրել տարեց հիվանդների մոտ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը՝ ներկայացնելով medRxiv պորտալում հրապարակված արդյունքները:
«Մենք վտանգավոր կողմնակի հետևանքներ կամ պատվաստանյութերից որևէ մեկի արդյունավետության նվազում չենք արձանագրել 65 և ավելի տարիքի անձանց միաժամանակյա ներարկման ժամանակ: Դա նշանակում է, որ գրիպի դեմ պատվաստումն ու Moderna-ի պատվաստանյութի ներարկումը կարելի է համատեղել»,- նշում են հետազոտության հեղինակները:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կլինիկական փորձարկումներին մասնակցել է մոտ 300 տարեց կամավոր, որոնք վերջերս պատվաստվել են Moderna-ի պատվաստանյութի մեկ կամ երկու դեղաչափով:
Ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում աննշան կողմնակի երևույթներ են նկատվել դեղամիջոցների միաժամանակյա կիրառման դեպքում: Մյուս կողմից՝ ոչ մի դեպքում գիտնականները որևէ վտանգավոր բարդացում չեն արձանագրել, որը կսպառնար հիվանդի կյանքին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ առանձնապես մեծ տարբերություն չի գրանցվել հակամարմինների մակարդակի ձևավորման հարցում այս կամ այն վիրուսի դեմ կամ միաժամանակա պատվաստման դեպքում:
