«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս տեղեկացվեց, որ նոր քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Հայաստանին մատակարարված զենքի հետ կապված: Կան կալանավորվածներ, այդ թվում՝ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ու ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կարիքների համար ռազմամթերքի մատակարար կազմակերպության տնօրեն Դավիթ Գալստյանը, որը հայտնի է Պատրոն Դավիթ անունով: Վերջինիս փաստաբաններն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ մեղադրանքը չեն ընդունում, և որ Հայաստանին անորակ զենք չի մատակարարվել:

«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Գալստյանի փաստաբան Արմեն Հարությունյանն ասում է, որ արդեն իսկ ձեռք են բերել այդ մեղադրանքը հերքող, արդարացնող ապացույցներ: «Այստեղ գործ ունենք ոչ իրավական պրոցեսների հետ: Ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություններ են կատարվում նախաքննության մարմնի՝ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից, և դրա վրա աչք են փակում ոչ միայն դատախազությունը, այլ նաև դատարանները»,- նշում է փաստաբանը և հավելում, որ ուղղորդված նախաքննություն է ընթանում, ինչպես նաև առկա է ոչ անկախ դատարաններին հանձնարարություններ տալու գործոնը և այլն:

«Այստեղ այլ խնդիրներ են դրված, քան օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը պարզելն է: Թե դրա մեջքին ովքեր են կանգնած, թողնում ենք ձեր մեկնաբանությանը, բայց կարծում ենք՝ այստեղ կան ուժեր, որոնց ձեռք է տալիս այս իրավիճակը»,- ասաց Արմեն Հարությունյանը:
