Նախ` եկեք պարզենք, թե ինչ է տեբուցինը: Նման կերպ են Ճապոնիայում անվանում թուջե թեյնիկը, որի մեջ եփում են կանաչ թեյ: Տեբուցին թեյնիկի պատմությունը մի քանի հազարամյակի է: Այնուամենայնիվ, մեզ համար իր սովորական տեսքով այն հայտնվել է մոտ 16-րդ դարում և հարյուր տարի անց տարածվել ամբողջ աշխարհով: Ժամանակի ընթացքում տեբուցինի օգտագործումը դարձել է բարձր եկամուտ ունենալու ցուցանիշ: Մյուս թեյնիկներից տեբուցինը տարբերվում է նրանով, որ թեյը եռացնելու ժամանակ ջուրը հարստանում է երկաթով, ինչը բարենպաստ ազդեցություն է ունենում խմիչքի համի վրա: Մինչ տեբուցինի հայտնվելը ճապոնացիներն օգտագործել են պղնձե թեյնիկ, որը կոչվել է յակկան: Բայց պղինձը իրականում փչացնում էր թեյի համը, և հայտնվել են թուջե թեյնիկները: Ենթադրվում է, որ սենչան տեսակի թեյն է ամենահարմարը տեբուցին թեյնիկով պատրաստելու համար:
