Ընկերներ, քիչ անց պատրաստվում եմ հարցազրույց տալ Эхо Москвы-ին պատվաստումների թեմայով։ Բնականաբար հանդես եմ գալու որպես շարքային քաղաքացի և ոչ ոլորտի էքսպերտ։ Փորձում են հասկանալ թե ինչով են առաջնորդվում մեր քաղաքացիները, երբ հրաժարվում են պատվաստումներից։ Ես գրեմ հիմա իմ դիտարկումները, դուք էլ կիսվեք ձերով, դա էլ ներառեմ եթե համատարած ա։ Իմ դիտարկումներով կան հետևյալ հիմնական դրդապատճառները.
 
1. Անվստահություն պետության (իշխանությունների) հանդեպ։ Այսինքն շատերը զուտ սրանց հակառակ են անում, քանի որ չեն հավատում, որ լավ բան կարող են առաջարկել։ Կամ չեն հավատում, որ որակով պատվաստանյութ են ձեռք բերել, վախենում են, որ ժամկետնանց, անորակ բան կարա լինի և այսպես շարունակ
 
2. Անգրագիտություն և տեղեկատվության հետ աշխաետելու ունակության բացակայություն։ Սա էն դեպքն ա, որ ասում են չբերություն ա բերում ու ըստ այդմ շառից հեռու որոշում են չանել, մարդ ես, բա որ ճիշտ եղավ։ Կամ լսում են, որ ինչ-որ մեկը մահացել ա պատվաստումից հետո, ոչ էլ խորանում են մանրամասների մեջ, վակցինան ա սպանել ու վերջ։
 
3. Քանի որ համաճարակի պիկի ժամանակ մեզ մոտ պատերազմ սկսվեց, ապա համաճարակը գնաց երկրորդ պլան։ Պատերազմի ժամանակ մասկայի մասին ոչ մեկ չի մտածում ու առհասարակ վերաբերմունքդ էդ տեսակ բաներին կտրուկ փոխվում ա, համաճարակը ցավոք դառնում ա խիստ անկարևոր բան...
 
Հ. Գ. Ես իհարկե անգրագիտությունը առաջին տեղով կդնեի, բայց քանի որ ռուսական ԶԼՄ ա, էս հերթականությունը երևի ավելի ճիշտ ա։ Եթե գիտեք էլի տարածված պատճառներ՝ խնդրում եմ գրեք։ Շնորհակալություն
