«Ժողովուրդ».Որ արժանիքի համար են դատախազներին պարգևատրում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն աշխատավարձի բարձրացում անելու տեսանկյունից տվեց-անցավ մինչ այժմ եղած բոլոր նախադեպերը: Արդարադատության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է դատախազության գործընկերներին, աշխատավարձից զատ, աշխատավարձի մինչեւ 120 տոկոսի հասնող հավելավճար տալ։ Թե ինչ հիմնավորմամբ է դատախազության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների՝ դատախազի ու նրա տեղակալների աշխատավարձն ավելանում աստղաբաշխական թվերով, թերեւս միայն իշխանությանն է հայտնի։ Հասկանալի չէ, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի որ արժանիքն է շոյել, որ նա որոշել է քաղցր աչքով նայել նախկինում իրեն կալանավորելու միջնորդությամբ հանդես եկող Դավթյանին ու տեղակալներին:
Արձանագրենք, որ ո՛չ «Մարտի մեկ»-ի գործով է որեւէ նոր բացահայտում եղել, ո՛չ սպանություններն են բացահայտվել, ո՛չ այդքան չարչրկված ապօրինի գույքն ու թալանն են բռնագրավվել ու բյուջե վերադարձվել: Ավելին, բոլոր տեսակի թալանչիները անկաշկանդ շարունակում են կյանքը վայելել ազատության մեջ:
Տպավորություն է, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը իրավապահներին է միայն հենարան պատկերացնում. ուժային կառույցների աշխատակիցներին է ոգեւորում, մոտիվացնում աշխատել:
Մինչդեռ կորոնավարակի պայմաններում զօրուգիշեր հերթապահություն անող բուժաշխատողները, որ պատերազմի օրերին երկու ճակատով՝ ռազմի դաշտում ու ընդդեմ կորոնավիրուսի էին կռվում, անտրտունջ աշխատում են: Միայն երեկ «Շտապօգնություն» ծառայության վարորդներն էին աշխատավարձի բարձրացման պահանջով բողոքի ակցիա անում: 110 հազար դրամով 24 ժամ աշխատող վարորդների ֆոնին դատախազն ու յուր տեղակալները 10, 20, 30 էլ չէ, միանգամից 120 տոկոսի հավելավճար են ուզում։
