ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների համակարգված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքի արդյունքներով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ընկերության տնօրենը, խախտելով հողերի և ընդերքի օգտագործման, օգտակար հանածոների արդյունահանման վերաբերյալ մի շարք իրավական ակտերի պահանջները, 2021 թվականի հունիս-հոկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում Արմավիրի մարզի Արևիկ համայնքի տարածքում, առանց ընդերքօգտագործման համապատասխան լիցենզիայի և այլ փաստաթղթերի, իրականացրել է ընդերքի ապօրինի արդյունահանում, ինչի արդյունքում ապօրինի արդյունահանվել է շուրջ 100.000մ3 ավազակոպճային խառնուրդ: Իրականացված ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության արդյունքում պետությանը չի վճարվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 152.560.000 ՀՀ դրամի տարբեր հարկեր և այլ պարտադիր վճարներ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինները նպատակաուղղված պայքարում են պետության տնտեսական հիմքերը քայքայող տարաբնույթ ապօրինությունները բացահայտելու, դրանց հետագա ծավալումը կանխելու, ինչպես նաև տնտեսական անվտանգության սպառնալիքները չեզոքացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
