Առուշ Առուշանյանը մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել, Առուշանյանը կալանավայրից նոր հայտարարություն է տարածել:

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ընդգրկված լինելով «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ընտրական ցուցակում` այսօր մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում եմ ներկայացրել։

Նման որոշում եմ կայացրել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ոչ միայն ինձ չեմ տեսնում օրենսդիրում, այլև ցանկանում եմ լինել ձեր կողքին, ձեզ հետ միասին շարունակել շենացնել մեր սիրելի Գորիս համայնքը, ուզում եմ ապրել ու արարել իմ հարազատ քաղաքում, ամբողջ ներուժս ներդնել հանուն մեր համայնքի բարգավաճման ու իմ սիրելի գորիսեցիների բարօրության։

Այս փուլում իմ հիմնական առաքելությունը մեր սիրելի Գորիս համայնքի շարունակական զարգացումն ու առաջընթացն ապահովելն է։

Ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ առաջիկա տարիներին աշխատելու եմ առավել ջանասիրությամբ ու եռանդով, որ ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը, ով իր վստահության քվեն տվել է հօգուտ մեր դաշինքի համոզվի, որ մեր գործն արդար է, որ մեր նպատակներն ազնիվ են ու հեռուն գնացող։

Ես եղել և մշտապես մնալու եմ ժողովրդիս կողքին։

Միաժամանակ ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ ես շարունակում եմ սատարել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, քանզի նրան եմ վստահում մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանությունն ու երկրի արագընթաց զարգացումը։
