INTERNATIONAL NEWSԿորոնավիրուսի դեմ Pfizer-ի արտադրության պատվաստանյութի կիրառումը 5-ից մինչև 11 տարեկան երեխաների համար պաշտոնապես հավանություն է ստացել ԱՄՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնների կողմից, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնների տնօրեն Ռոշել Վալենսկին նոյեմբերի 2-ի ուշ երեկոյան պաշտոնապես ստորագրել է 5-ից մինչև 11 տարեկան երեխաների համար COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստման հարցերով զբաղվող գործակալության խորհրդատուների հանձնարարականը: Ավելի վաղ փորձագիտական խմբի բոլոր 14 անդամները քվեարկել են երեխաների պատվաստման հանձնարարականի օգտին:
Ենթադրվում է, որ 5-ից մինչև 11 տարեկան երեխաների պատվաստումն ԱՄՆ-ում 8 տոկոսով կնվազեցնի COVID-19-ի տարածումը նոյեմբերից մինչև 2022 թվականի մարտ ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում: Պատվաստանյութը կներարկվի երկու չափաբաժնով՝ 10-ական միկրոգրամ, ինչը կազմում է այն քանակության մեկ երրորդ մասը, որն ստանում են 12-ից բարձր տարիքի անձինք: Չափաբաժինները կբաշխվեն երեք շաբաթ ընդմիջումով:
Պատվաստանյութի չափաբաժինները երեխաների համար կմատակարարվեն տարբեր փաթեթներում և կներարկվեն հատուկ մանկական ասեղների օգնությամբ: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ հետազոտողները պատվաստման հետևանքով սրտամկանի բորբոքման մեծ ռիսկ չեն հայտնաբերել: Փորձագետների խոսքով՝ նրանք, ովքեր չեն պատվաստվել, ենթակա են COVID-19-ով վարակման ավելի մեծ ռիսկի:
«Իսկ COVID-ով վարակումը շատ անգամ ավելի վտանգավոր է սրտի համար»,-ասել է առաջատար մանկական սրտաբան Մեթյու Օսթերը: Ավելի վաղ հինգից մինչև 11 տարեկան երեխաների համար կորոնավիրուսի դեմ Pfizer-ի պատվաստանյութի արտակարգ օգտագործմանը հավանություն էր տվել Սննդամթերքի և դեղորայքային պատրաստուկների որակի վերահսկողության վարչությունը:
Գերատեսչության կայքում զետեղված հաղորդագրության համաձայն, որոշումը հիմնավորված է նրանով, որ պատվաստանյութը տարիքային այդ խմբի երեխաների մոտ հիվանդության կանխարգելման 90,7 տոկոս արդյունավետություն է ցուցաբերել 4,7 հազար երեխաների տևական հետազոտության արդյունքում, որն անցկացվել է Միացյալ Նահանգներում, Ֆինլանդիայում, Լեհաստանում և Իսպանիայում:
