ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոնը ներկայացրել է նոյեմբեր ամսվա կլիմայական բնութագիրը և եղանակային կանխատեսումը:

Համաձայն կենտրոնի ներկայացրած տվյալների, հանրապետությունում համեմատաբար տաք է նոյեմբերի առաջին տասնօրյակը (տասնօրյակային միջին ջերմաստիճանը` 4°C), երրորդ տասնօրյակի միջին ջերմաստիճանը հանրապետությունում բացասական է` -0.5°C, երկրորդ տասնօրյակի վերջին լեռնային առանձին շրջաններում տեղի է ունենում ջերմաստիճանի անկում՝ 0°C-ից ցածր: Նոյեմբերին կտրուկ մեծանում է մառախլապատ օրերի թիվը, հատկապես լեռնանցքներում` 25 օր: Մառախուղ առավել հաճախ դիտվում է առավոտյան ժամերին:

Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերում, Արագածոտնի և Կոտայքի մարզի նախալեռնային շրջաններում օդի ամսական միջին ջերմաստիճանը սպասվում է +7...+8⁰C, որը 1-2 աստիճանով բարձր է բազմամյա միջին արժեքից: Առանձին օրեր հնարավոր է օդի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում ցերեկը՝ մինչև +18...+20⁰C, երրորդ տասնօրյակում կանխատեսվում է օդի ջերմաստիճանի նվազում` գիշերը մինչև -3...-5⁰C : Ամսական տեղումների քանակը սպասվում է նորմային մոտ:

Շիրակի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում, Արագածոտնի և Կոտայքի մարզի լեռնային շրջաններում օդի ամսական միջին ջերմաստիճանը սպասվում է +2...+4⁰C, որը 1-2 աստիճանով բարձր է բազմամյա միջին արժեքից:  Առանձին օրեր  հնարավոր է օդի ջերմաստիճանի  բարձրացում ցերեկը` մինչև  +13...+16⁰C, երրորդ տասնօրյակում կանխատեսվում է օդի ջերմաստիճանի նվազում, գիշերը մինչև -10...-15⁰C: Ամսական տեղումների քանակը սպասվում է նորմային մոտ:

Լոռու մարզում օդի ամսական միջին ջերմաստիճանը սպասվում է +5...+7⁰C, որը 1-2 աստիճանով բարձր է բազմամյա միջին արժեքից: Առանձին օրեր  հնարավոր է օդի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում ցերեկը` մինչև +17...+20⁰C, երրորդ տասնօրյակում կանխատեսվում է օդի ջերմաստիճանի նվազում` գիշերը մինչև -10...-15⁰C: Ամսական տեղումների քանակը սպասվում է նորմային մոտ:

Տավուշի մարզում օդի ամսական միջին ջերմաստիճանը սպասվում է +6...+9⁰C, որը 1-2 աստիճանով բարձր է բազմամյա միջին արժեքից: Առանձին օրեր  հնարավոր է օդի ջերմաստիճանի  բարձրացում ցերեկը` մինչև  +18...+22⁰C, երրորդ տասնօրյակում կանխատեսվում է օդի ջերմաստիճանի նվազում` գիշերը մինչև -2...-5⁰C: Ամսական տեղումների քանակը սպասվում է  նորմային մոտ:
