«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Արցախի ԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին հարցազրույց է տվել, որում անդրադարձել է 44օրյա պատերազմին ու դրա հետևանքներին։ Սամվել Բաբայանի՝ թե՛ այս, թե՛, ընդհանրապես, հետպատերազմական շրջանի հայտարարությունները մեծ դժգոհություն են առաջացնում սպայակազմի և պատերազմին մասնակցած կամավորականների ու պահեստազորայինների շրջանում, որովհետև վերջինս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իրավիճակից «չոր» հանելու համար պարտությունը վերջիններիս վրա է բարդում։
Բաբայանը, օգտագործելով Փաշինյանի մեդիառեսուրսները, միանգամից արշավ է սկսել բանակի դեմ, որպեսզի ապահովագրի իր ձախողումները, փրկի Փաշինյանի դեմքը և պարտությունը գցի հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար պատերազմ մեկնածների վրա։ Սա հանգեցրել է նրան, որ, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, Արցախում ավելի շատ են սկսել հիշել այն «քաջագործությունների» մասին, որոնց հեղինակը հենց Բաբայանն է եղել։ Զինվորականները կարծում են, որ, այսպես կոչված, «Լելե թեփեի» կամ, ինչպես Բաբայանն է սիրում ասել, «Քենդ Հորադիզի» օպերացիայի հեղինակը իրավունք չունի խոսել պատերազմի մասին, քանի որ նրա ու Փաշինյանի պատճառով հայկական զինուժի էլիտար գնդերը հարավում աննախադեպ կորուստներ են կրել
