ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամները նոյեմբերի 3-ին հանդիպել են ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Կիմո Կիլյունենի եւ Բորիաննա Աբերգի հետ:

Համազեկուցողները հետաքրքրվել են մեր երկրի դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումներով, ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխություններով, խոսքի ազատության խնդիրներով:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցներին տեսակապի միջոցով միացել եւ ողջունել է ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը: Նա նշել է, որ մի շարք բնագավառներում օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու ծրագրեր են ունեցել, սակայն համավարակն ու 44-օրյա պատերազմը խանգարել են դրանց իրագործմանը: Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանն անդրադարձել է մեր երկրում խոսքի ազատության խնդիրներին, կարեւորել վիրավորանքի եւ հայհոյանքի համար սահմանված օրենսդրական խստացումները: Ըստ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի՝ դատաիրավական համակարգում մշտապես անհրաժեշտ են բարեփոխումներ, որոնք կխթանեն բնագավառի զարգացումը:

Հանձնաժողովի անդամներ Արթուր Դավթյանը, Արփի Դավոյանն ու Վիգեն Խաչատրյանը կարեւորել են 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխությունը, որի արդյունքում ներքաղաքական կյանքում դրական զարգացումներ եղան: Հեղափոխությունից հետո տարբեր ոլորտներում մեկնարկած օրենսդրական բարեփոխումները շարունակական բնույթ են կրում: Աննա Մկրտչյանն ու Արամ Վարդեւանյանն էլ անդրադարձել են ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին: Արամ Վարդեւանյանը խոսել է 44-օրյա պատերազմի ծանր հետեւանքների, գերեվարված անձանց վերադարձի, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից մեր երկրի սահմանների նկատմամբ  ոտնձգությունների մասին:
