Բացահայտվել է անհետ կորած զինծառայողի ծնողից խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերով գումար հափշտակելու դեպք. ԱԱԾ
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել:
Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից, մանրամասնելով, որ Հ. Մ-ն, տեղեկանալով, որ ժամկետային զինծառայողը, մասնակցելով 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմին, անհետ կորել է, խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս մորը հայտնել է, թե իբր արտերկրում, մասնավորապես՝ Չեչենական Հանրապետությունում և Սիրիայի Հանրապետությունում ունեցած հեղինակավոր կապերն օգտագործելով, կարող է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել անհետ կորած որդու հայտնաբերման և Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխելու ուղղությամբ` այդ կերպ ձեռք բերելով նրա վստահությունը:
Իրագործելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը՝ մոր հետ հետագա հանդիպումների ժամանակ Հ. Մ-ն, մոլորեցնելով վերջինիս, նախ որդու գտնվելու տեղի վերաբերյալ ստույգ տեղեկություններ ստանալու, իսկ այնուհետև, նրան իբր Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության բերդերից մեկից Բաքու քաղաք տեղափոխելու պատրվակով, 2021 թվականի հուլիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին անհետ կորած զինծառայողի մորից մաս-մաս ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 3.430.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 7.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար ու 60.000 ՀՀ դրամ և, խաբեությամբ հափշտակելով նշված գումարը, օգտագործել անձնական կարիքների համար:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից նշում են, որ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Հ. Մ-ն ձերբակալվել է: Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված հիմնավոր ապացույցների հիման վրա նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով, և որպես խափանման միջոց կալանք կիրառելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան:
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով մեղքը հաստատվելու դեպքում Հ. Մ-ին սպառնում է մինչև 8 տարվա ազատազրկում:
Քրեական գործի քննության ներկա փուլում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ դատավարական գործողություններ, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և այլ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու և հիշյալ անձի կողմից նմանատիպ եղանակով կատարված հնարավոր այլ հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կրկին հորդորում է զերծ մնալ հանցավոր հակումներ ունեցող անձանց հետ կասկածելի գործարքների մեջ մտնելուց՝ վստահեցնելով, որ պետությունը շարունակում է ձեռնարկել գործուն միջոցներ՝ գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջկասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում էանմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջմտած դատավճռով:
