Երևանում աղմկահարույց սպանության գործով 20-ամյա կասկածյալը կալանավորվել է, նրա 42-ամյա հայրն ու 22-ամյա եղբայրը բաց են թողնվել
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր, նոյեմբերի 4-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ քննչական բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Յոլչյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 42-ամյա Վրեժ Ա-ի, 20-ամյա Հայկ Ա-ի և 22-ամա Նարեկ Ա-ի նկատմամբ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Տաթևիկ Մուրադյանը, դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, մասամբ է բավարարել քննիչի միջնորդությունը և խափանման միջոց կալանավորման որոշում է կայացրել Հայկ Ա-ի նկատմամբ։
Վերջինս կասկածվում է նոյեմբերի 1-ին Երևանում ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներ արձակելու և Խաչատուր Սահակյանին հրազենային վնասվածքներ պատճառելու մեջ։
Մյուս կասկածյալները, ովքեր նրա հայրն ու եղբայրն են, բաց են թողնվել։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայկ Ա-ն դատարանից տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ նոյեմբերի 1-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ, տաք հետքերով Երևան-Երասխ-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհին իրականացրել էին «Երեքը՝ Սյունիքում, չհաշված՝ զենքը» օպերացիան։
Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, օպերացիայի արդյունքում Սյունիքի մարզում վնասազերծվել էին Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչներ՝ 42-ամյա Վրեժ Ա-ն, 20-ամյա Հայկ Ա-ն, 22-ամյա Նարեկ Ա-ն։
Վերջիներս բերման էին ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին, ովքեր կասկածվում էին նույն օրը Երևանում, ժամը 01։30-ի սահմաններում Կարմիր բլուր 43 հասցեի մոտ նույն փողոցի բնակիչ՝ 41-ամյա Խաչատուր Սահակյանի հետ վիճաբանելու մեջ։ Վիճաբանության ժամանակ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, Հ. Ա-ն իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ էր արձակել, ինչի հետևանքով էլ Խաչատուր Սահակյանը հրազենային վնասվածքներ էրստացել և հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել էր։
Երբ դեպքի վայրի զննություն էին կատարել Շենգավիթի քննիչները, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանն ու ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի պետ Կարեն Բունիաթյանը շերլոկհոմսյան ոճով մի քանի օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ ստանալուց հետո կարծիք էին հայտնել, որ ովքեր էին ենթադրյալ կասկածյալները և որ նրանք ուղևորվում էին Արցախ ու արդեն ժամերի ընթացքում տեղեկությունը հավաստի էր լինում. նրանք Սյունիքի մարզում վնասազերծվել էին, և չէր բացառվում, որ հնարավոր է՝ կասկածյալները զինված լինեին, քանի որ ժամեր առաջ ինքնաձիգով սպանություն էին կատարել։
Կասկածյալները ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնից ներկայացվել էին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ էլ քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել էին։
