Գորիս քաղաքի Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում շարունակվում է  համայնքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանի գործով դատական նիստը։ Առուշ Առուշանյանի պաշտպան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ փաստացի ներկա պահին գտնվում են դատական քննության փուլում։

«Նախորդ դատական նիստի ժամանակ քննարկվել է պարոն Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ տեսակցությունների և հեռախոսազանգերի սահմանափակման իրավաչափության հարցը, մենք միջնորդություններ էինք ներկայացրել, որ այդ սահմանափակումները ամբողջությամբ կամ մասնակի վերացվեն»,–ասաց նա։

Պաշտպանը նշեց, որ այս դատական նիստին դատախազն է իր դիրքորոշումը ներկայացնելու, այնուհետև դատարանն իր որոշումը կկայացնի, որից հետո մտնելու են բուն դատական քննության փուլ։

«Որոշակի փուլ անցնելուց հետո, ապացույցներ ներկայացնելուց հետո պաշտպանության կողմը պատրաստվում է ներկայացնել միջնորդություն խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումն  ավելի մեղմ տեսակի խափանման միջոցով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ, խոսքը վերաբերում է թե՛ գրավին, թե՛ անձնական երաշխավորությանը»,–ասաց նա։

Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը նշեց, որ արդեն «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից պատգամավորներ են եկել Գորիս՝ աջակցելու Առուշ Առուշանյանին և պատրաստ են անձնական երաշխավորություն ստանձնել։ «Ամեն դեպքում բավականին դրական ենք տրամադրված և հույս ունենք, որ դատարանը կգտնվի իր բարձունքում՝ կկիրառի օբյեկտիվություն և կիրականացնի արդարադատություն»,–հավելեց նա։
