ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ փաստաբանական պալատի փաստաբան Եղիկ Ե.-ն` առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալու փորձին օժանդակելու կասկածանքով: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ ՀՀ փաստաբանական պալատի փաստաբան Եղիկ Ե.-ն հաղորդում էր տվել այն մասին, որ 2015 թ. փետրվարին Գարիկ Ա.-ն, նախնական համաձայնության գալով որպես գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ ներկայացած, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալ Հովիկ Բ.-ի հետ, իրեն աջակցելու, դատախազությունում պաշտոնի նշանակելու, ինչպես նաև հետագայում աշխատանքային այլ հեռանկարներ ստեղծելու կեղծ խոստումներ տալով, դատախազի տեղակալի բնակարանի կահավորման համար պարտքով գումար վերցնելու պատրվակով, խաբեությամբ իրենից հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` 15 հազ. ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար և 130 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ բջջային հեռախոս:

Սակայն հետագա նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ ներկայացած անձին հիշյալ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումարը տրվել է որպես կաշառք` քրեական գործով անձի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու ակնկալիքով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված, բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցված քրեական գործն ուղարկվել էր ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:

Նույն քրեական գործով Գարիկ Ա.-ին և Հովիկ Բ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ Հովիկ Բ.-ն ազատազրկման ձևով պատիժը կրում է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, ուստի նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց չէր ընտրվել, իսկ  Գարիկ Ա.-ի նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը:
