Կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերի միջին տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է 8-9%․ Ամունդի-ԱԿԲԱ Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ

2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ի դրությամբ «Ամունդի-ԱԿԲԱ Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ»–ի կողմից կառավարվող կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերի ակտիվների մեծությունը հասել է 220 միլիարդ դրամի՝ միայն երրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում աճելով ավելի քան 7 միլիարդ դրամով: Ընկերության կողմից կառավարվող կուտակային կենսաթոշակային երեք ֆոնդերի միջին տարեկան եկամտաբեությունը տատանվել է 8%-9% միջակայքում՝ կախված ֆոնդի տեսակից։

Ընդ որում, 220 միլիարդ դրամի հիմնական մասը՝ շուրջ 69%-ը, ներդրված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, իսկ մնացած 31%-ը կազմում են արտասահմանյան ներդրումները, որից մոտ 20%-ը անուղղակիորեն ներդրված է բազմաթիվ ընկերությունների կողմից թողարկած բաժնետոմսերում, իսկ մնացյալ 10%-ը՝ միջազագային տարբեր կազմակերպությունների և պետությունների թողարկած պարտատոմսերում։

«Ամունդի–ԱԿԲԱ Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ» ընկերության ֆոնդերի երկարաժամկետ եկամտաբերության բոլոր ցուցանիշները դրական են. ֆոնդերի ստեղծման պահից միջին տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է 8-9%: Պետք է նշեմ, որ ֆոնդերի եկամտաբերությունը անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով, քանի որ դրանց կառավարման ռազմավարությունն ունի երկարաժամկետ բնույթ»,– նշում է ընկերության ֆոնդերի կառավարիչ Հրայր Ասլանյանը։
